It automatically measures critical pressures and temperatures of operating roof-top and other air conditioning equipment, then calculates critical performance parameters, advising which are outside desired limits. It then provides expert equipment diagnostics to improve equipment performance. It records “before” and “after” equipment performance data, along with the service tasks performed on a particular unit.
